ribsThere’s nothing quite like a plate full of mouth-watering ribs on a hot summer day. It’s easy to get fired up about ribs.

They are delicious, healthy and you can let your creativity run wild. Grilling is great during our short summer season and roasting lets you enjoy the flavours all year-round.

Ribs are available at Nick’s all year. We love ribs so much here at Nick’s, every Tuesday is Rib Night where we feature beef ribs basted in our homemade barbeque sauce. You can also try our beef ribs Greek Style for a change of pace.

Ribs have been on Nick’s menu since our doors opened and we’ve been using the same recipes for all our sauces since 1979. After all, why mess with perfection? With such a long track-record, you know we know how to do ribs right.

Our baby back ribs are slow roasted pork ribs, and slathered with our homemade barbeque sauce. The rib starter also uses pork ribs, tossed in your choice of Nick’s sauce and roasted in the oven. When it comes to sauces, we’ve got a great selection – original, salt & pepper, hot, greek, teriyaki, bbq, thai.

When you stop by Nick’s for ribs, make sure you come hungry. All our rib entree’s are served with tossed salad, garlic toast, vegetables & choice of baked potato, homecut fries, rice or mashed potatoes.

Want to try Nick’s Greek Style beef ribs at home? Here’s how:

  1. Pick up the best ribs you can find at the butcher or grocery store.
  2. Swing by Nick’s for a bottle of Nick’s Seasoning Salt.
  3. Season the ribs with Nick’s Seasoning Salk, oregano and fresh squeezed lemon juice
  4. Grill or roast in the oven.
  5. Enjoy… and don’t forget the Wet Wipes.

Summer’s short. Grab life by the ribs. And rest assured you can enjoy ribs year-round at Nicks.
